Minimum purchasing Age Requirement
All products sold through our stores and catalogs are for purchase by adults. While we
sell children’s products, persons less than 18 years of age may make purchases from
our stores and catalogs only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Pricing
Z-More reserves the right to change prices at any time. Because of the number and
frequency of sales offered, sale pricing is NOT retroactive.
We reserve the right to correct any errors in the pricing contained in our stores or
catalogs. We shall have no liability for any such changes or errors and are not bound to
fulfill orders at old or erroneous prices.

Shipping Information
We currently only ship items to the USA and Canada. The final shipping and handling
cost that appears is the actual cost you will be charged by Z-More.
Shipping and handling fees do not include any international duties, customs or import
fees or taxes. Please contact the customs office in the destination country for information
about additional fees.
Shipping Methods and Rates
USPS Priority Shipping:
BabyKnitting.com uses expedited services for its "Standard Shipping" method to the USA
and Canada with street addresses. We strives to ship all orders within 24 hours of
placement. Once orders are shipped they should be delivered in 2 to 4 business days.
All sales are considered final after 30 days. No returns are accepted after 30 days. Items marked
"Clearance" or "Final Sale" are not returnable unless defective.
All sales are considered final and un-returnable if the clothing is used, worn, laundered or the
clothing tag has been removed. This applies even if the garment was worn only once or just for a
photo.
Clothing may only be returned for defects in workmanship within 30 days of purchase. You may
select from one of the following two options to be used when a return is authorized:
1. A refund of the Original Purchase price paid minus shipping and handling.
OR
2. Replacement of the item with like kind if available. If the item is no longer available option 1 will
be used.
Be sure to include your email address as an email reply will be the only form of response and
contain either a return confirmation number or an explanation of return denial.
Only authorized and recognized returns with postage prepaid will be accepted and processed.
Large Order/Retail Restock Fee
Although we don't sell wholesale per se, we do sell to retailers. Occasionally, there may be a
need to return an entire order within 30 days. In the event an order needs to be returned, there
will be a 20% restocking fee taken from the refund due for the returned order. A 20% restocking
fee may also apply to large customer orders. Please call Customer Service if there are any
questions about a large return.
To request a return and refund please use our COMMENTS FORM . Complete all of the fields
shown. In the comments box provide the date of purchase and explain the nature of the defect
and your desired return option (as shown above).
